It’s so great to feel confident about my mother’s care. Memory & Co really set the standard for memory care and overall care for our elders.

I'm very happy that I found Memory & Company for my husband's respite care. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful... They have fun activities to keep the residents engaged and busy but they have relaxation areas if they choose not to participate. The food is excellent and nutritionally balanced meals are prepared on site by the full time chef. When I have my husband in respite care at this facility I can always walk away feeling confident he is safe and well taken care of.

The sad news is that she was diagnosed with dementia, something she will have to live with for the rest of her life. The good news is, I was able to find the perfect accommodation for her. She has been living at Memory and Company for about three years now. The folks there have been a god send. They are kind, giving, considerate, and very accommodating. It's not hard for me to see how happy she is living here. Every time I visit her, she is all smiles....

As a caregiver, Memory & Company has been such an amazing respite support... Individual care plans are put in place before my wife's stay and the recreational activities are stimulating, engaging, led by wonderfully talented staff. Communication is a very positive experience from pre-check in to post check-out. Emails and calls are returned promptly and I am more than comfortable leaving my wife in their care while I get some respite myself. I can highly recommend Memory & Company...

I cannot find the words to adequately convey how fantastic Memory & Company is. Lauren is an excellent leader and all of the staff there, from PSW to Chef, are phenomenal. The care they give their members is heartfelt and personalized. Our Mom got the absolute best treatment, care, and programming. Mom loved the animal and music therapy, the baking, the singing, and especially loved when the children from the neighbouring day care came to do activities. Excellent place and excellent people.

I can’t say enough good things about Memory & Co. Oakville. My Mom has dementia and lived with us, and she went there for Saturday adult daycare and respite stays. The suites are lovely and my Mom said that the food was good too. The staff is amazing - their programs are excellent and perfectly geared to those who require memory care. My Mom enjoyed staying there and it lifted a load of worry from us when we were away as we knew she would be taken care of and also liked the experience.

I want to thank the entire staff at Memory & Company for the incredible care that my mom received while staying there. They were so attentive to her needs, as well as kind and patient. This put the family's minds completely at ease. My mom enjoyed dancing, playing games, and engaging in gentle movement with the other residents. We had no doubt that she was safe, comfortable and happy there. (It's) extremely well maintained, bright, and feels like a home. The rooms look like luxury hotel rooms!..

My mother entered the Oakville Memory & Company residence following a five week stay in hospital with dementia and mobility challenges. Lauren assured me that her team could improve my mother's "baseline" and she was true to her word. With much caring and support, the team significantly improved her cognitive functioning and mobility. While her stay there was brief, I'm very grateful we found Memory and Company to provide my mother with such wonderful care.

The level of physical and emotional care given to my family member at Memory & Company is gold star. Their new approach to programming and in helping members live with dignity is truly comforting. Rooms are spacious, food is excellent, caregivers are supportive.

Memory & Co has provided amazing service and support for my mother on a number of occasions. The team there is very caring and attentive to the guests needs and also great at communicating with e mails and pictures showing how mom was getting along. The activities, meals and accommodations are all first rate. I would strongly recommend Memory & Co for anyone who has a family member with dementia.

My dad was attending a half day program here and the support is amazing. It's a frightening decision to drop off your loved one when you're not sure what to expect however he loved going and was all smiles when he came home at the end of the day. I found he was brighter and was very happy with the events provided by the staff and even commented on how fast the day went and how nice it is to use your mind. I only have goods things to say...

My mother stayed at Memory and Company for 6 weeks until she moved into a LTC facility. She was extremely well taken care of. The caregivers are kind and conscientious and the food is excellent.

Last Friday marked the 3rd anniversary of Memory & Company and my mom’s weekly participation! This club offers fun, respect, and purpose for those living with dementia. From beautiful indoor/outdoor spaces and stimulating activities to brain-friendly chef-prepared meals, every detail is thoughtfully designed. Founders Ashley and Victor, and the caring M&C team, bring compassion and patience. Mom always says it’s her best day ever because she has so much fun.

Excellent day program for people with memory loss.

Memory & Co offers exceptional care for those with memory loss. Ashley, Victor, and Karen led a thorough, unrushed tour, answered every question, and made it feel like home. The staff are genuinely happy, attentive, and knowledgeable. The open, inviting space is easy to find, and I wish there were more places like this.
